FTSE 100 company is looking for an Experience Architects to join their team. Their is a team of 4 EA's, working closely with analysts, designers, product developers and techies who take responsibility for the intelligence and user elements of our output, creating fantastic work that delivers measurable results for our clients in the public sector.

The Experience Architect will have strong experience in this field as they will be required to design solutions that are simple, crisp and clear. Work with strategists and policy people on how we implement the project's vision. Work with graphic designers and developers to see detailed work through to delivery. Your job is to ensure that the experiences we deliver meet our client's business objectives by delighting their end users.

Proven excellence in analytics, usability testing, online marketing, social and rich media interaction design
Deep passion and understanding of your areas of expertise
Experience of driving solutions and leading clients in at least two of these sectors: financial services, retail, travel, media, non-profit/government
Drive to create brilliant user experiences that meet business needs - making best use of technology
experience of campaigning online
