eLearning Instructional Designer IT My client is a global pioneer in E-learning Company. Currently seeking to recruit an eLearning Instructional Designer to drive the design of eLearning and Learning solutions for their portfolio of clients. This is initially a 3-month contract with possible extensions beyond.

You will be working within a large support team and reporting directly to the Head of Instructional Design, you will be responsible for:

   » Using existing Instructional Design theory to create storyboards, scripts and course content (including standard E-learning, software simulations and blended learning)
   » Estimating and proposing on scope of design and development tasks for the purpose of project planning and prioritisation
   » Conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing on all training materials created, including loading, testing, and evaluating programs
   » Researching, evaluating, and recommending solutions to improve product functionality and impact



You will also have a proven track record in the design and development of eLearning and as an Instructional Designer. Ideally degree educated or equivalent, you will have an excellent understanding of transferring classroom based training to online solutions and will have the ability to instructionally design, storyboard and manage business and technology documentation. As the position will involve some elements of graphic design, you will also have an understanding of PhotoShop and PowerPoint.
