MUST HAVE This Professional Qualifications and Experience:
» Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, building, deploying, upgrading and testing custom SharePoint 2007 and 2010 solutions, web parts, and reports
» Thorough understanding of SharePoint technical architecture
» Experience deploying enterprise level applications using SharePoint 2007/2010
» Experience integrating SharePoint with additional applications
» Experience modifying SharePoint UI, including master pages, page layouts and CSS
» C#, JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, SOAP, T-SQL, ASP.NET,VS.NET, SharePoint Designer
» Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0
» Web Services, ADO.NET, ActiveX, HTTP, TCP/IP
» Knowledge of SharePoint ecosystem, including 3rd party providers
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation
» Ability to work as part of a team, and lead user meetings
» Nice to have: Consulting experience, Microsoft certification, Experience with Agile Methodologies
General Responsibilities
» Provide guidance and expertise on topics surrounding strategy and best practices for SharePoint solutions
» Design/develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions
» Troubleshoot technical and functional issues with the SharePoint software and solutions in a Production Environment
» Work closely with other stakeholders to successfully deliver solutions
» Transfer knowledge and technical expertise to other team members and end users
» Leadership Skills
» Communicates clearly and maintains an effective relationship with customers, team members and client management
» Provides input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
