Position : Service Desk Analyst Location : Louisville, KY Duration : 3 month contract-to-hire Hours : Within hours of operation which are 7am-9pm Job Description:We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a team working in a large fast paced enterprise environment. In this role, you will be utilizing a ticketing system and handling the client's level 1-2 phone support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with Hardware/Software, MS Office, Email, and Client applications. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working on a Service Desk/Helpdesk supporting multiple users. You will need to be able to multitask and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
