This highly expansive company has had 200% growth over the last couple of years and is looking to expand rapidly. They are a very niche company in the payments industry and based in the city. The successful applicant will be expected to assume responsibility for maintaining the Client Accounts for all Merchants. This includes the following tasks:· Setting up new Merchants in Navision (Accounting System)· Running daily, weekly and monthly merchant settlement/payment reports in multiple currencies· Setting up payments using the NatWest Online Banking system· Checking and posting payment journals· Prepare and post system generated monthly sales invoices· Issuing of manual invoices, credit notes, preparing and posting various adjustment journals as required· Ensuring all accounts are reconciled with discrepancies identified and resolved· Providing Information to the Credit Controller to chase outstanding balances· Dealing with Merchants account queries· Ensure the accuracy of the data contained on the Merchant Reporting WebsiteThe successful applicant will also be expected to monitor and reconcile the Client Bank Accounts for all supported Currencies (currently 18), ensuring that entries are allocated on a timely basis and that discrepancies are identified and resolved immediately.This position is not for a studier or anyone wanting to study, they would prefer someone who just wants to do a good job e.t.c.Looking for either someone from an accounts or settlements background. <
