Foundation Stage Teacher – Primary School in Newham

PPA Education is working in close partnership with a school in Newham to employ a Foundation Stage Teacher to work there on a temporary basis with a view to make it permanent.

The school is based in a culturally diverse area of London and serves an area of high social deprivation with some families housed in temporary accommodation. Almost all children are from minority ethnic backgrounds and most speak English as an additional language. A few pupils have learning difficulties and disabilities. The school has the 'Artsmark' award and 'Healthy School' status.

This school is an outstanding school with many strengths. Parents have an overwhelming appreciation of the leadership provided by the head teacher and recognise the high quality of provision that the school offers. Pupils have made outstanding progress and this is reflected by their achievements and test results. Pupils' personal development and their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development are outstanding.

They are looking for a talented Foundation Stage Teacher to continue the excellent progress achieved by the school. All candidates applying for this must hold a relevant teaching qualification. The ideal candidate must have good experience working in early years or foundation stage within a school based in the UK.
