Beacon Hill Technologies is currently seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Application Developer, for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client here in the Atlanta, GA area. The Business Intelligence (BI) Application Developer will be a key team player in the development of retail Business Intelligence products for delivery to large-scale retailers customers. The best candidate will be comfortable sharing in all aspects of product development, including product definition and requirements gathering, design and development, and testing. The ideal Business Intelligence (BI) Application Developer must excel at the soft skills required to successfully work in a team environment as well as being able to take on the responsibility for complete tasks from start to finish where required.

Requirements

4+ years of BI applications development experience
Microstrategy or similar BI Platform development experience required
OLAP, ROLAP and relational database expertise required
Data visualization expertise is a big plus
Experience with formal software development techniques is a must
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a big plu
Strong product development and quality focus
