   » Developing and Maintaining governance models and standards
   » Leveraging emerging technologies and practices to deliver the right information to the right person at the right time
   » Working closely with suppliers to maximise value extracted from supply arrangements
   » Building and leading a team of knowledge management professionals to embed cultural change

   » Knowledge Management capabilities experience with key standards and tools

Experience & Skills

   » Advanced knowledge of process mapping, procedure writing and E-learning tools and standards
   » Experience with various business process modelling tools (Visio) and awareness of standards (BPEL)
   » Best-practice operations training
   » Experience in Executing Business Process Improvement initiatives
   » Policy, Standards and procedure writing
   » Minimum 10 years people management experience
   » Previous experience in interaction at Executive management level
   » Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Project Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
