This role is responsible for managing and contributing to the outcomes products team and for our products team. Key responsibilities: Overall responsibility and accountability for all product team related activities. Monitoring and balancing resources for overall product team tasks and projects. Full Product team management (including HR functions). Project management of all product related projects, Scrum Master for all product's Scrum projects. Management of all product release cycles including beta programs. Development of inter-departmental communication channels. Liaising with third party integration partners in collaboration with Product. Owners Development and maintenance of key SDLC processes in conjunction with line managers. Implementation of key product feedback processes and mechanisms in line with the Scrum methodology. Achieving Performance objectives as outlined in the Performance Plan Compliance with Company Policies.

Key requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in IT Project Management with emphasis on the Scrum methodology. A thorough understanding of the software industry. A thorough understanding of software methodologies. A solid awareness of current technologies including Web environment and software platforms. Strong leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Strong multi-tasking skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, IT, Business Industry recognized project management qualifications ie Prince2 practitioner, PMP, Scrum Master. Previous experience in Agile environment essential.
