My globally dominant NASDAQ listed client provides turnkey technology solutions to some of the most recognizable businesses in the world. Delivering specialized solutions and services through a network of electrical subcontractors, my clients aim is to continue providing market leading results and high levels of client satisfaction. Key to this strategy, my client requires an individual with a specialized skill set to take on a challenging contract role within their Sydney HQ. We are looking for a Vendor/Subcontractor Engagement Manager.

With an estimated contract time of 6 months, your influential role will report to the Regional Head of Services with a mandate to formulate and implement a national subcontractor engagement strategy for the Australian operations. Currently loosely defined, your mandate will be to create guidelines for subcontractor selection and engagement, define performance standards and governance initiatives as well as creating escalation procedures. The outcomes expected will create uniformed customer experiences between regions and raise service standards leading to an increase in client satisfaction as well as rationalizing the current numbers of contractor partners. This is an estimated 6 month contract and appropriate rates will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
