   » Strong computer science background: a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science is required along with a minimum of 2-5+ years of work experience.
   » Experienced in Perl, Mason, Object Oriented Design, Java, JQuery and distributed programming.
   » Solid communication skills and ability to work well in a team are critical.
