Are you a dynamic and hard working systems engineer? Do you have experience with Remedy system administration? Looking for a stable company that is growing? Look no further! This international service provider of end to end IT solutions requires a System Administrator Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for Remedy administration; Configuration of ITSM 7, Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and the Atrium CMDB; Troubleshooting workflow issues; assisting in availability support, assisting users using the Remedy product. You will need to be available for roistered after-hours troubleshooting and on-call support.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Working with the BMC ARS 7.1 and ITSM 7.0.3 suite products (Remedy 7) Configuring Users and people in Remedy 7 including support group memberships Configuring companies, location sites, organisations, support groups Applying permissions and roles within the BMC Remedy products Configuring operational and production classifications Configuring approvals and support groups in Change Management Transition of new customers into Remedy Loading of data via Remedy7 tools in particular to asset management/CMDB Troubleshoot user issues using Remedy User tool and Remedy Web Providing in troubleshooting and diagnostic support in relation to the BMC ITSM product Liaising with BMC and other third parties for product support and product information Provide product support and guidance for products to internal and customer support teams.

Strong experience working with the Remedy toolsets ideally with BMC Remedy ITSM 7.0.3. Strong experience working with BMC Service Desk, BMC Change Management, Asset Management, SLM Management Experience with SQL queries and updates Experience using Microsoft XP, with Microsoft Office and AR Server configuration and use of logs for troubleshooting preferably in a Unix environment Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS # start/stop IIS Knowledge of Unix (basic navigation and commands such as vi, more, pg, tail) and how to start and stop Remedy Knowledge of tools such as PuTTY, Remote Desktop Connection Exposure to Apache Tomcat, Atrium CMDB 7.1 and reconciliation engine Exposure to MS Sharepoint and Unified Communications.
