Key responsibilities: Internal training of specific product features Presenting product feature demonstrations at relevant functions Defining key marketable product features and compiling marketing collateral content  
   » Facilitation of product feature related aspects of internal and external focus groups
   » Gather, define and analyse clients' feature specific business requirements
   » Develop solutions to business problems through contact with various teams
   » Write functional specifications based on business requirements targeted at different audiences
   » Review current process of delivering functional specifications and implement improvements in consultation with the project team
   » Maintain a spirit of collaboration and creative exploration while keeping focus on multiple deadlines
   » Ensure excellent design quality and consistency to maintain unique "look and feel"
   » Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team via clear written, visual and verbal communication of business requirements and product specifications 

Key requirements:  

   » Solid experience in similar business analysis capacities
   » Relevant tertiary qualifications
   » Exceptional communication skills
   » Previous experience in a .NET environment
   » Previous experience in a client facing role highly advantageous
