Description Our client, one of the world's leading financial service providers, is seeking a Systems Integration Manager. Contract position, 3 months duration Location: Jersey City, NJ Description/Responsibilities:
Manages Client RFS Requests
Manage the submitted service request on behalf of the client
- Interact with the design and transition teams to make sure it is going through the delivery process as planned
- Provide prioritization to the Solutions and Transition when required
- Keep the client updated on the status of the service delivery
- Manage the client s expectation for realistic handover and productionization dates
- Escalate to Service Design and Service Transition management when necessary
- Solicit feedback from the client upon project completion, lessons learned, etc.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to clients, solicit feedback to see if reports need enhancement
- Overall detail on the status of each open request globally
- Week/Week and Month/Month Change highlights
- Executive summary for the client group s Snr Mgt view
- Provide request management performance reports based on delivery and quality metrics
Co-chair weekly Client RFS Service Review meeting
- Publish in advance the details of each request s status
- Publish the minutes and action items
Provide updates for the monthly Business interlock meeting
Provide updates for the fortnightly IES Review meeting
Participate in the weekly Service Improvement Forum with clients, engaging Service Level Management
Develop quarterly infrastructure forecasts with clients
Become familiar with the new IES products and services
Introduce new IES products and services to clients, perform continuous education
Become very familiar with the client s infrastructure set up and business drivers for change
Review client infrastructure base and provide both tactical and strategic cost reduction alternatives
Act as the conduit back to IES for all service level/product feedback
Strong application installation/integration (know how applications interact with NT OS, other applications, registry, etc.).
Knowledge of Server HW/OS and Storage technologies.
Self-motivated person who can interface with both business line representatives and technician/developers.
