Sr. Transition Analyst
Opening in Reston, Va. for Sr. Transition Analyst. Requires minimum Bachelor's Degree and 10 years exp. Will interface with COIC leadership and the leadership of partnering orgs to facilitate and manage the process which transfers ongoing initiatives to orgs that can benefit from those initiatives over the long term. By transitioning matured processes to other orgs or agencies, is able to apply its resources to other emerging Warfighter requirements. This position develops and and documents a plan for a smooth transition from COIC to other organizations. Must interface with operational, technical and management personnel in a variety of disciplines to ensure the transition plan and it's subsequent MOA are implementable and clearly stated. Then will monitor the implementation of the transition and keeps COIC leadership informed as to progress or issues that require their attention. Will manage many simultaneously occurring transition activities interacting with personnel both internal and external to COIC. Attends all transition related meetings and provides advice to COIC leadership related to those transition decisions. Must be experienced in applying methids such as Memorandum of Agreements between agencies, the POM process, acquisition regs, risk analyses and cost estimating techniques. Top Secret clearance required.
