Significant and highly visible projects Career growth opportunities Sydney CBD Our client, an internationally recognised and respected organisation is currently seeking a Senior Developer to join their well established and growing program team within the Sydney CBD. This program of work represents a significant investment and is highly visible to senior stakeholders within the organisation and requires a highly capable individual to contribute to all technical elements of a significant online project.

As Senior Developer you will participate in all aspects of the SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, QA and documentation. You will also provide solutions, guidance and direction for internal stakeholders, set development standards and improve processes and procedures. You will become the subject matter expert on all software programs within the organisation and will support, mentor and develop your team members

Key skills/attributes required:

   » Prior technical lead experience within a .NET development environment with the ability to lead and manage a team through project life cycles
   » Experience with Biztalk or other integration tools
   » Strong experience with .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AJAX
   » SQLServer 2005/2008 experience
   » Project management/scheduling experience
   » Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
