Network Engineer - Government Sydney - 3 month rolling contract Competitive rate available ! Network Engineer - Government - Sydney - 3 months (S35) As the Network Engineer your role provide technical advice, project and contract management services for projects and capital works programs, in support of the organisation's data and voice communications networks, and ensure current and future data and voice communications needs are/can be met.

You must have:-

   » Demonstrated strong analytical, problem resolution and decision making skills
   » Ability to follow NSW Government procurement policies and guidelines.
   » Demonstrated experience in the design, development, implementation and support of data and voice networks in a large and diverse organization.
   » Demonstrated knowledge of Cabling Standards, Australian telecommunications carrier services and understanding of telecommunications principles and technologies.
   » Experience in liaising with users at all levels.
   » Effective communication skills - written and verbal
   » Experience in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, tenders and management submissions.
   » Experience with Cisco equipment, Aastra/Ericsson MD110 and NEC PABX systems.
   » Relevant experience and/or post-secondary qualifications.
