Business Systems Manager

Permanent Opportunity Developing Systems Strategy for a Growing Business My client is currently seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager for a greenfield role within a large financial organisation. Previously overlooked, this area of the bank has grown from a 1 million dollar business to 11 million dollars in the space of 2 years. Because of this continued growth, my client is looking to hire a Business Systems Manager to join their team and develop systems strategy and replace Legacy systems. 

The role will involve overseas travel to handle acquisitions and integrations. You will be an expert across a broad range of technologies and be able to consult with high level stakeholders and vendors to develop and deliver new systems and technical solutions. 

This role won't be without it challenges. We're looking for someone who can assist a business to grow from a small business mentality to a large global business. You'll need to be able to consult and influence the business to understand cost vs. benefit for technology projects and earn the trust of the business.

   » Extensive experience as a Business Systems Manager, implementing systems, technical strategies, policies and procedures
   » The ability to work across a broad range of technologies at a SME level
   » Strong consulting experience, either through a consulting firm or inhouse
   » A Development background would be beneficial
   » Experience with Asset Finance or Vehicle Leasing would be highly regarded

Most importantly, you should have the ability to develop a business and assist staff to accept and work with a changing environment.
