A Global software provider to the Banking and Financial Services industry is currently in search of a Professional Services Consultant to join their team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be involved in project work relating to the implementation of large scale financial software solutions, where you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of solutions, project management/coordination, client relationship management throughout the project and also post implementation user training. In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting customers with any queries and issues, solving basic technical problems, and managing escalations for any critical or complex issues. You will need to have the following skills and experience for this role: » Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a role of a similar nature. » Functional knowledge of Banking/Financial Services software products. » Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently detail with corporate customers. » Technical knowledge would be an advantage, eg Technical support experience, SQL knowledge, etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work with a company that is well renowned Globally and will offer potential for growth and career progression into Project Management!The remuneration package on offer is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
