Ion Support Analyst

Support Analyst, ION MarketView Sydney CBD Location Major Investment Bank My client a major global investment is seeking a Support analyst to work on its ION MarketView.

This is a Permanent hire opportunity, a good understanding of risk management is required as well as good analytical skills business accumen and experience of Bonds.

The main responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Front Office functionality on the ION system
- Training Traders
- Liasising with Developers/BA's/Stakeholdes to optinmise the system
- Hands on with system and bridge the gap between the Front Office team and the developers

The successful candidate will have:
- Must have experience on thje ION Marketview trade system
- Commercial experience in Bond Support
- Investment Bank or Hedge Fund work experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Hands on support experience
- Experience working in the Front Office and working with Traders
- Strong functional knowledge of finance
