Test Manager - Oracle/EBS

About The Company/Role: One of the leading organisations in the Australian market is looking to recruit a Test Manager for a 6 month contract with the prospect to be extended. This organisation is currently implementing new technologies and they are looking for an experienced Test Manager with Oracle EBS experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all the test deliverables within the overall project plan
- Responsible for creating project test strategy and test plan
- Ensure test phases entry and exit criteria are followed
- Ensure timely delivery of test deliverables by scheduling the appropriate resources to tasks and monitoring their progress
- Plan the test phases, cycles and resources to meet needs
- Determine and utilise the appropriate resources to achieve the required deliverables
- Supply and support the Project Manager with reporting, statistics and metrics of the current and future test status
- Co-ordinate testing over the project period
- Manage defects and defect life cycles
- Ensure education of the team is consistent for delivery of a test program
- Manage the day to day deliverables
- Co-ordinate the deliverables within the test teams
- Ensure the process is adhered to throughout testing
- Be the main contact point for initial test issues

Requirements:
- 5 years experience as Test manager in large ERP projects, preferable in Oracle EBS projects
- Experience with HP Quality Center
- Previous experience implementing testing methodology
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
