Linux (RedHat) Engineer - Financial Services - 3-6mnths

Working within a medium size team in an organization with over 200 users, this position requires an experienced and passionate Linux Engineer to undertake the implementation of small and medium sized projects.

Responsibilities include:
   » Designing and producing detailed architectural and systems design documentation
   » Adhering to deadlines
   » Hands on technical work
   » Installing, configuring, maintaining, automating and administering of Linux systems and related technologies
   » Testing and documenting solutions
Essential skills:
   » 4+yrs Linux (Redhat)/Unix systems administration
   » Linux/Unix application and service installation and configuration
   » Good data networking knowledge
   » troubleshooting skills and experience
   » Good Scripting skills (Shell is mandatory, at least one other Scripting language)
   » Ability to work independently
