BPM Senior Consultant (Process Driven SAP) - Sydney Title: Senior BPM Consultant (Process Driven SAP) Location: Sydney Australia Date: ASAP Our partner in Australia has some exciting consulting opportunities and we are looking to recruit an experienced senior consultant to join our talented team in Sydney to continue to grow and promote ARIS awareness with our customers and partners in Australia and New Zealand.

* Knowledge - Apply ARIS Value Engineering (AVE) Methodologies. Utilise the toolset to apply methodology to each and every engagement. Mentoring team members and partners in the implementation of AVE methodologies at each engagement.

* Productivity - Promote additional Product Sales and Consulting Services by assisting the IDS sales team in identifying additional license opportunities and where or how additional services can contribute to the client's solution. Contribute to business development activities as required.

* Leadership - Leverage and Contribute to standard service offerings and packages by participating and contributing to the Services organisation's strategic programs. Leveraging these programs to achieve customer success and professional development.

The Role
* Provide complete project consulting services in BPM consulting service projects
o Project preparation
o Project delivery
o Project closure
o Project support
* Work with sales team to support customer engagements in terms of product sales and BPM consulting sales
o Play an active role in the acquisition of new projects with existing customers or new prospects
o Identify customers pain points in terms of process improvements
o Provide value proposition according to customer business process landscape
o Deliver presales presentations with sales and engage customer discussion. Assist in sales opportunities when required, prepare presales materials
o Undertake tasks requiring high level analysis, diagnosis and problem solving to qualify product fit and overall solution viability
o Work with sales to deliver consulting service proposals (timeline, costs, etc) for BPM customer engagements
* Train customers on ARIS for SAP Product & Solution Manager
* Deliver high quality services in BPM process consulting, modelling, process analysis and engineering, process governance project for our customers in Finance, Natural Resources, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Government and other industries.
* Perform continuous reviews to align processes with business changes, operational improvement through implementation of more efficient processes
* Identify and document the impact of change
* Provide training and pre sales support service as needed to partners and customers either remotely or on-site
* Participate in technical presentations, discussions, installations, demonstrations and trial evaluations as required
* Travel - up to 50% travel in Australia, some international travel may be required

Staff Responsibilities
* No direct supervisory responsibility of consultants, but project-specific consulting leadership/pre-sales leadership roles required depending on the specific customer engagement situation

Qualifications & Key Skills
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree, Business Management, BPM Masters Degree, or Equivalent Work-related Experience (3-5 Years)
* Strong domain knowledge and leadership
* Superior analytical and client facing consulting skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to present to both business, management and technical staff
* High problem solving ability
* Specialist knowledge in AVE for Process Driven SAP
* Specialist knowledge in AVE for SOA and EA methodologies as they apply to Process Driven SAP
* Advanced experience in ARIS for Netweaver
* Advanced experience in SAP Solution Manager
* Good working knowledge of ASAP Methodology for SAP implementations
* Good working knowledge in SAP Business Warehouse
* Good working knowledge of SAP ERP
* Good working knowledge of global template rollouts
* Good working knowledge of database (Oracle, MSSQL etc)
* Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange and other common Microsoft applications
* Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner & deliver high quality customer service
* Ability to organise and plan work with ability to work as part of a team
