You must have excellent phone and face to face communication skills and be able to communicate in clear English.
You must be qualified to MCP level or higher.
You need a minimum of 2 full years commercial experience and the legal right to work in the UK.

You will be providing 2nd to 3rd line support in Windows and Unix/Linux environments, working in a team as well as working independently.
You need to be logical and responsible for problem solving, logging and escalating calls where necessary.
