Due to an increase in tenders being successful this determined builder are looking for a Project Manager to join them to work on various commercial and Education projects. You will be split between being office based and being based on site depending on the size of the project. Founded over 12 years ago this builder pride themselves on their low turnover of staff and are offering a long term career as you will have an important part to play in their business.
 
The ideal candidate will already have a strong construction background and preferably in the commercial or education sectors. This ambitious builder also pride themselves on training with in so someone who is a senior Contract Administrator or a senior Site Manager ready to take the next step up would be ideal for this role.
