This company is owned by an experienced and successful partnership and are looking to appoint an individual who can take responsibility for the highest quality of service in delay analysis and to develop new and existing relationships with clients. You must have a BSc in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, with delay analysis experience and an extensive planning background in construction or civil engineering.

The company are located in a grade II listed Victorian building in Manchester, with good transport links to surrounding counties in the North West of England. Within this market leading company there is great scope to progress and the successful Delay Analyst will be in a prime position as the company and Contract Solutions Team expands. The role offers £90,000 - £120,000 plus excellent package and further training and development.
