Senior Quantity Surveyor - Piling - Surrey - Salary - Neg - Immediate Start available Vacancy within exists within my clients Piling business and therefore experience in Piling and Heavy Civil Engineering required. Role & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and having overall responsibility for the day to day commercial activities, the role is also supported by Administrative staff. Key roles include liaising with the Head Office Estimating, Buying and Production staff together with ensuring accurate site records are reported by the site teams, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with a pro-active approach to achieving pre-determined deadlines for monthly reporting on all of the commercial aspects associated with site activities.

The role will include
Regular weekly reviews of cost and value with monthly financial analysis and forecast meetings with the Management team. Whilst the position will be largely office based in Surrey, the recent regional expansion into both the South West and North West of the UK will increase the challenge of
managing on a national basis.

The position offers suitable candidates with a minimum of 5 years construction/civils experience the opportunity to join a Young, Fresh Management team and grow with the business together with playing a key role in the business development of a National Piling Specialist.
