Junior Support Technician

We are looking for a passionate, smart and hard working individual to join our small but busy technical team. You will be working with some of the hottest technology around, guaranteed not to be found in other small businesses. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for our clients, and work with our R&D; team on the development of new technologies in equal measure.

Our HQ is in Guildford, with most of our clients in South London. Some travel to clients may be required from time to time.

We are looking for somebody with:
* A demonstrable passion for technology
* A very good understanding of PC systems
* A very good understanding of MS Office
* A very good understanding of Windows XP and Windows 7
* Understanding of basic networking and Active Directory
* Great sense of humour
* Easygoing attitude when dealing with difficult or demanding clients
* Excellent phone manners
