Senior Property Consultant
Senior Property Consultant Reporting directly to the Property Consultancy Manager and having supervisory responsibility over 2 Property Consultants, the successful candidate will Be able to provide property consultancy advice to clients. » Be able to provide Project Management support to the team. » Work within a multi-disciplinary environment working alongside and supporting other professions within the team when required. » Be able to work under own initiative. » Attend and run meetings where appropriate. » Ability to establish good working relationships with Clients and colleagues. » Someone who can work individually and as part of a team. » Self motivated and able to work without supervision. » Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organisation and an aptitude to advise team members from other professions/technical backgrounds. » Good communication and report writing skills. Requirements » Degree in a property discipline » Chartered with RICS » Familiarity with using AutoCAD » Good standard of Excel/Word/Microsoft Project » Must be able to work under pressure and handle a varied workload » Full driving License and access to a carDesirable criteria » Keen to develop the property consultancy role within a multi-disciplined team. » Ability to produce reports, prioritise and work to deadlines » Knowledge of BREEAM and Sustainability » Experience in the private and local authority sectors. Salary circa £30k Dependent on experience/20 days holiday plus bank holidays/Money purchase scheme pension.
