A Commissioning Manager/Project Engineer is required for our client based in London, with sites in the South East. The Engineer should have a proven track record for contracting H.V.A.C. controls projects up to 750,000.00. He/she should have experience in both conventional and DDC control systems together with a good knowledge of electrical motor control panels. Knowledge of Trend control systems is essential and experience with Cylon essential. Computer literacy is essential and the engineer should be capable of writing software strategies for one of the above systems and have a full understanding of the theory of automatic controls associated with the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industries.

The engineer should be capable of negotiating with clients and consultants and undertaking supervision of site meetings etc. A good electrical background, including the capability to design electrical control panels including motor starter circuits and safety interlocks, would be an added advantage. Drawings are to be prepared using a CAD design system.

The engineer must be capable of working under pressure and controlling project finances. The company generally operates within Greater London and South East England, but has work throughout the UK.
