Solutions are driven via providing support and expertise in structuring, planning and initiation, tender preparation and negotiation through the construction phase to financial completion. Your role will entail although not limited to development of preliminary evaluation and business cases, strategy and policy advice, project governance, negotiation and dispute resolution. It is preferable that you have delivered in such a role in a combination of Consulting, Client/Project Owner, Government/GOC and/or Contracting organisations. Key business skills will include value mapping, delivery method and funding analysis, risk evaluation and management planning. Exposure to a variety of forms of contract from D&C to PPP will be well valued. The role has the capacity to be autonomous or team based with split of private and Government clients. You must provide strategic thinking and a level of client understanding allowing you to see the core issues. It is probably you will of worked in a facilitation and advisory role previously. An ability to build and foster outstanding performance and relationships within the project team (direct and indirect reports) and Stakeholders will be one of your benchmarks. You will be justifiably proud of your proven management capability and extensive construction background and enjoy the practicality of the industry. While not essential, qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction and/or Engineering will be well regarded.
