Position Title:  Operation Manager e-Commerce Location: Home Office - Glenwillow, Ohio
Position Summary:       The Operation Manager e-Commerce is responsible for all operational aspects of the e-commerce site including the on-time execution and accuracy of all online content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

   » Coordinates all operational components between merchandising, marketing, and the web platform.
   » Manages all aspects of product work flow within the e-commerce site.
   » Collaborates with ecommerce Marketing team to assure appropriate Brand representation of all components including comprehensive information, photography, product, categories, and pricing.  
   » Partners with e-commerce marketing team on upcoming promotions to ensure clarity of site for customers and accurate tracking of results. 
   » Manages all aspects of packaging in partnership with 3 rd party to ensure Brand customer expectations are met.
   » Coordinates and provides support to the 3 rd party fulfillment, call center, and 3 rd party developer.
   » Coordinates product flow to photography. 
   » Assures all merchandise product is linked accurate.
   » Identifies, develops, and executes continuous improvements to the customer experience.
   » Executes on online planning calendar for timely delivery of content and offers. 
   » Executes daily QA on the site to insure accuracy and quality of content and offers.
   » Reviews daily online analytics for visitor behavior online.
   » Reviews high abandonment pages and creates a strategy to resolve.
   » Creates strategies and plans to enhance the online shopping experience.
   » Works on usability and customer satisfaction programs to identify issues and impact customer experience in a positive way. 
   » Participates in creation and/or launch of new site features. 
   » Routinely reviews competitor sites and other industry leaders to see best practices.
   » All other duties as requested

  Position’s Educational Requirements:

  Bachelor’s Degree required

  Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

   »   3-5+ years of on-line experience; operations e-commerce experience important and apparel experience a plus
   » Understanding of the e-commerce process from marketing to fulfillment
   » Operational and functional understanding of internet technologies
   » Experience leading and participating on cross functional teams
   » General understanding of merchandising operations
   » Web analytics software experience
   » Proficient in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar suite
   » Results oriented with strong approach to creative thinking and problem solving
   »   Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
   » Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment focused on teamwork
   » Strong written and communication skills
   » Comfortable working in a fast paced work environment; adapts easily and positively to change
   » Ability to problem solve and make recommendations with strong attention to detail
