As a member of the growing NTI Marketing team, the Web Designer will be responsible for creating robust interactive media that promotes various products digitally; including designing, programming, testing and publishing on-line experiences that adhere to the direction given by the Company President. Accountable for the maintenance of graphics and content of the Company’s many web sites.

Responsibilities Include:

   » Develop compelling marketing material for the company in order to brand the company and its product/services in a consistent manner that is in line with the company’s overall business strategy and based on existing design standards. Materials include:  .designing company literature, marketing collateral, advertisements, banners, e-newsletters, images, logos, etc.
   » Web design, layout, copy editing, proofing and posting.
   » Collaborate with other Marketing staff to provide innovative concepts and optimizing strategy for company websites.
   » Manage deadlines, edits, and accuracy of all projects.
   » Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.


Qualifications Include:

   » 4+ years web graphic design experience.
   » Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
   » Strong command of design principals, layout and composition.
   » Technical illustration capabilities and a great sense of shape, pattern, form, style and color.
   » Conceptual and have the ability to identify trends.
   » Team player who works fast with very high quality results.
   » Project management skills.
   » Multi-task effectively with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines required.
   » Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
   » BA/BS degree or an Associates degree and relevant work experience.
   » Ability to write copy, E-commerce, PHP, Perl and MySQL is a plus.
