Programme Administrator for Central London, West End My client, a huge player in the Broadcast and Media arena, require strong Programme Administrator to join their expanding team The role will involve, but not be restricted to, To provide ongoing administrative support to a large Programme of work and other Media related projects- Monitor Project budget allocations and assist PM in assuring timely Budget and Purchase order allocations- Preparation of required Programme/Project reporting- Preparation for and minuting of core project Meetings- Project champion for Project Management, documentation archiving and Financial processing toolsI welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate skills in the following areasUnderstanding of project management methodologies Budgetary control Effectively use the following....*Excel*Word*Outlook*MS Project*Visio*PowerPoint*SharePointEffective meeting management controls (minutes, actions, time etc) Time Management Tools Effective communications tools Project/Programme Office IT or technology environment Self Starter, proactive Please send your CV to me, Martin Warner.
