Job Description:
Managing projects from start to finish you will co-ordinate our creative and production teams to come up with, and deliver inspiring solutions to our clients communication needs. You will have a proven record of having delivered successful projects (ideally productions) with tight budget and organisational controls. You will help grow business by building upon strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities. You will be comfortable selling and presenting face-to-face at a high level. You will also be happy travelling to serve and deliver - they have a large number of London based clients, and overseas working (especially on delivery) could well be entailed.
You will probably be a graduate and with an understanding of, and a passion for events. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the strategic role of internal communications and how their proposition supports this area. You have experience of building and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will not be phased by working with big names and will be equally inspired with smaller ones too. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated. They require a minimum of 4 years plus experience, ideally some gained in a similar environment. Your attention to detail will be second to none as will your interpersonal skills. You will be as happy rolling up your sleeves to make sure a deadline is hit as you are talking communication strategy.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of four years experience gained in a similar environment
• Strong client facing skills at a senior/board level
• Experience of building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Brilliant interpersonal skills
• Great performance under pressure
• Massive ability in project management
