OUR CLIENT is offering Television to its Broadband Customers. This strategy is regarded as being of vital strategic importance to Our client and central to its broadband strategy. Our clients TV Vision is the fastest growing pay-TV services in the UK (Q2 2012)

Our client TV Vision combines freeview channels witha range of on-demand blockbuster and library films, TV, music, kids and sport programming to a set-top box that can record up to 160hours of content. OUR CLIENT Vision has exciting plans for its growth over the next few years through its shareholding in the YouView consortium and extension into pay channel offering.

The purpose of this role
* This role will have a critical influence on the growth of OUR CLIENT Vision through shaping and refining the products and their pricing strategies. This will include OUR CLIENT Vision's core subscription products as well as content bolt-ons and pay-per-view offerings. Responsible for key elements within the p&l of OUR CLIENT Vision.
* Development and optimisations of new and existing products and their associated pricing strategies.
* Working with other parts of OUR CLIENT Consumers, notably broadband and phone teams, to look at products and pricing from a triple play perspective
* Understanding which customers which products will appeal to and tailoring products for each customer segment
* Looking at the promotional strategy for customers
* Looking at which offers and product are best used in retention
* Understand the lifetime value of customers
* Commissioning third party research to test and advance OUR CLIENT Vision's product offering
* Ability to deliver price changes into live.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the success and opportunities that the current pricing portfolios offers.
Understand current customer insight on pricing and tailor to core segments.
Define the product roadmap and expected changes to the existing business case.
Present pricing roadmap to senior stakeholders.
Deliver and agreed changes into live.
Experience & Financial acumen and product pricing experience.
Roven marketing and commercial skills
Experience of working with and commissioning primary research (such as conjoint analysis)
Strong empathy with customer segments
Strong mathematical and statistical ability
Understanding of promotional strategies
Proven ability to deliver changes into live.
to concisely and clearly articulate arguments to senior management
Leadership and influencing skills
