Job description:

We have a very unique opportunity for a highly ambitious and professional Senior Digital Account Manager to join our client services team. The opportunity is to work on-site for Candi at Morrisons, one of the UK's largest supermarkets. The role will be working out of their head office based in Bradford, near Leeds.

Candi has been Morrisons' digital agency since 2007. This is a highly successful, complex, and rapidly growing account with a rich mix of activity from digital brand campaigns (including film), to consumer clubs with supporting eCRM programmes, social media activity, mobile, tablet, apps and a large scale programme of web site and multi-platform enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Account Director based in London, the successful Senior Account Manager will be responsible for:

- Responsibility of managing the programme of planned digital promotional briefs across the entire account.
- Ensuring that all briefs fit within both Morrisons' overall brand architecture as well as Candi best practice and guidelines for digital execution.
- Managing a number of key briefs for the corporate stakeholders within the business.
- Developing relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Responsibility for inter-agency liaison both on-site at Morrisons as well as with all the agencies' London bases.
- Management of a small on-site agency team based in the client's offices comprising a web content editor and a designer.

Candi has a reputation for being an agency that delivers results and the successful Senior Account Manager be highly focussed on ensuring we follow agency process, give clear and articulate briefs to the team and maintain our benchmark busting track record.

Morrisons is a very 'all agency' account. As well as leading the digital strategy for the brand and delivering all digital brand communications, Candi works closely with their advertising, PR, BTL and magazine agencies to maximise campaign impact through integrated planning and execution. You
will be one of a number of representatives from the agencies based on site.

Some important things to know about working at Candi:

? Planning and strategy is at the heart of everything we do - we believe that planning is the catalyst for inspiring effective creativity; knowledge is currency and original thinking is our goal. Understanding how and when to work with your planners is key to success and is embedded into our agency process
? Our Account Managers are not Project Managers. Account teams own the business relationship, are custodians of the client's business goals and are responsible for ensuring the Candi team get briefs with clarity - what are we doing, why are we doing it, how will success be measured. Being the client's representative at Candi is the key goal through the project lifecycle; your PMs ensure the project gets delivered to time, budget and quality.
? We are our client's outsourced online marketing team. As such, they expect us to understand their business and sector inside out, speak the same language, be there when they need us, get it and get on with it.
? If we were a stick of rock, we'd have 'retail' written through our middle. Retail is detail; lots of jargon, fast paced working and seemingly impossible turnaround times for briefs. To get it and get Candi you have to possess a passion for retailing and the ability to 'think like a shop
keeper.' If you walk around the supermarket wondering what you would like for dinner, this job isn't you. If you walk around absorbing brand and price communications, spotting the BOGOFs, WIGIGs, understanding which is supplier funded activity and indeed stalking shoppers to better understand their relationship with the brand - then you'll love Candi and our clients will love you.
