Team Leader - Community Management

The client has developed a state-of-the-art content crowdsourcing platform which serves the content market with a strong focus on digital video, but also music, images and jingles. The business creates value by bringing together the brands, broadcasters, communication agencies and the creation, production and distribution online communities.
The position will be responsible for managing a team of community managers in developing, growing and maintaining the crowdsourcing communities across the UK, France, Italy and Spain.
Previous experience is required with managing content creation campaigns and community management via new and social media.

Responsibilities:
Growing the company's content communities through extensive access to multinational creative pools (creative schools, universities, etc )
Increasing the number and diversity of digital content sources
Developing a network of potential customers (brands, agencies, corporations, broadcasters )
Allowing content sellers and content buyers to meet and transact on the crowdsourcing platform, taking advantage of the marketplace functionalities of the platform
