A school in East London are currently looking for a highly skilled HLTA for a full time position.

Responsibilities will include working alongside the class teacher and other support staff to support the children's learning, covering the class for the teacher when absent and cover PPA time when needed, preparing equipment prior to lessons and delivering to the laboratories, and maintaining pupil records to assist in their development. Experience with SEN is an advantage as well as having good interpersonal skills and a proactive nature. Experience in working in a school environment is essential, preferably with previous experience as a HLTA.

Successful candidates will have the confidence to stand at front of a class and ensure that the pupils carry out the work set by the teacher and maintain order.

Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:
* You must have good spoken English;
* You must have a minimum of 6 months child related experience;
* Your CV must cover the last 5 years employment history and any employment breaks must be explained;
* You need to supply two recent references of which one must be from a school setting;
* This position is subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.
