Due to recent growth, they have expanded their support services and are building a new team in Sydney to service the Asia/Pacific region

As Help Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing 1st level technical support across a range of issues including MS Office, Windows O/S and Active Directory. Adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA's) you will resolve most cases within the first point of call or escalate to the second level support team if required.

Strong and clear communication skills are mandatory and candidates must be fluent in English. As the team will be supporting the Asia/Pacific region, Bilingual candidates with Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded.

Key Skills Required:
Previous experience providing 1st level technical support
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows Operating Systems and MS Office
Experience across IIS, Active Directory, Web Services, Citrix, SQLServer, Windows Security
Strong customer service ethic
ITIL knowledge would be a plus
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent
