Administrator/Customer Service Northampton £7.50 per hour Temporary contract until November 2009 Our Client, one of the World's leading financial institutions, require full time administrators with a good understanding of customer service to join their busy Northampton offices. Working within a team, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, data capture, reports etc. Your role will include contacting customers on the telephone or by email to cross-check and verify important data.
Job Details:
Working shifts (35 hours) between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday - Friday
Full, extensive training provided

Previous customer service experience
Fantastic interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
