Lead Reception Customer Service
Our client is looking for a lead reception to work in a busy prestigious office based in Macclesfield. The role is to ensure that the reception achieves all operational targets and objectives. To provide accurate and timely information to customers. Liaise with appropriate departments on site.The duties involveManaging customers expectations when visiting the siteResponding effectively to all customer enquiries whilst in reception or by telephoneAcknowledge and deal with customer complaintsTo manage the site diaryEnsure adequate staffing levels and cover are maintained on the receptionTo produce VAT and excess invoices and associated cash collectionAnd other adhoc dutiesThe ideal candidate will be professional, able to multi-task, able to handle pressure and have excellent customer service skillsThe hours of work is 37.5 a week the hours are between 8.30am and 6pm Monday and Friday and one in three Saturday mornings.The closing date is 23rd June.
