VP/DIRECTOR of SALES & DEALER DEVELOPMENT- CA Location: California Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a motivated,
self-starter to build our Dealership Network for USA & Canada.
Job Description:
» Lead the Motorcycle Company in executing towards monthly, quarterly and annual unit and gross-profit sales targets.
» Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends in the motorcycle industry and measuring results against reasonable targets.
» Develop and execute on an online lead generation and management system.
» Develop, maintain and foster relationships with lending sources and other key vendors.
» Ensure Brand Consistency across all Dealerships, including development of consistent sales scripts, product information and Dealership appearance.
» Responsible for achieving desired earnings results on a P&L; basis for the Company.
» Provide strategic direction towards marketing and lead generation / sales pipeline development for the Company
» Demonstrate willingness and ability to sell product / ability to train, develop and mentor new Dealership opportunities
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements: A successful candidate will possess the following:
» Results oriented;
» Decisive and aggressive when presented with challenges; Extensive market knowledge in motorcycle/vehicle/powersports sales
» Proven ability to lead sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
» Strong negotiaon skills

» Ability to create a Network of New Dealerships across USA & Canada.
» Proven experience in growing sales pipelines through effective use of CRM systems
» Proven experience in managing and directing effective lead generation.
» through prospecting activities that develop, maintain and grow a database of potential Dealerships
» Extensive market knowledge in motorcycle/vehicle/powersports sales Managing the processes .
» Developing sales forecasts, quotas and budgets, and
managing to same
Regular monthly travel. 10+ years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with sales of parts and accessories
Must Have a Valid Motorcycle License.

Compensation is a Base Salary with significant earnings
potential based on P&L; performance of the Company
Compensation components include Base Salary, Commission on Unit Deliveries, New
