Alexander Proudfoot is an internationally recognised consulting firm that delivers measurable and sustainable financial benefits to clients by developing and installing processes and programmes to rapidly improve operations. We are looking to expand our group of specialists within People Solutions, the management training branch of our organisation. Currently we are seeking senior behavioural expertise to work at the Executive Management level of our client organisations.

People Solutions specialists work with our clients to provide a foundation for the sustainability of improved business practices and employee and management behaviours. We do this by aligning and engaging people in cutting edge communications, change management, education, training and coaching to support the Proudfoot project architecture
and pursuit of measurable results.

These solutions are customised to our client workplace, designed specifically for the client need at hand, ultimately engaging the hearts and minds of people to establish buy-in and maintain their involvement throughout and beyond a Proudfoot intervention. This, coupled with creative learning processes and tools, provides the basis for accelerated change.

We are seeking senior management experience in the area of change management, human performance improvement and organisational development, to assist us in providing dramatic and quantifiable improvements to our clients.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who have some or all of the following:

   » A bachelor's degree specialising in:

- organisational development;
- industrial/organisational psychology;
- human resource management; or
- corporate communications

   » minimum of 10 years experience in change management, performance improvement or organisational development
   » demonstrated and proven experience in creating alignment at the Executive Management level
   » ability to identify cultural and behavioural issues within client organisations
   » ability to advise on solutions to resolve organisational issues
   » experience in managing a team performing the following project related tasks
   » developing and delivering training - on-the-floor, classroom or multimedia
   » delivering on-the-floor coaching
   » designing and disseminating organisation-wide communications strategies
   » communicating effectively from the shop floor to senior management
   » presenting to and facilitating groups
   » experience in implementing organisational change in sales environments will also be a plus but is not a requirement
   » specialist areas may include manufacturing, retail, sales, mining, financial services
   » relocation is not required, however candidates must live within a close proximity to a major airport
   » requires 100% travel
   » Fluency in English and French required; German is also a desired third language.
